Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of m66 (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@m66.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Accounts are for individual personal use. You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

m66 offers a Free plan and a Premium subscription. Every new account begins with a 14-day Premium trial. At the end of the trial, your account moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe to Premium.

Free plan limits. The Free plan allows up to 100 saved bookmarks. Features exclusive to Premium (full-text search, advanced smart views, bulk actions) are not available on Free.

Premium subscription. Premium is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) through Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout and on the pricing page.

Cancellation and downgrade. You may cancel Premium at any time. Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. Your data is not deleted on downgrade; you retain access to previously saved bookmarks up to the Free plan limit.

Refunds. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate.

You own the bookmarks, notes, collections, and tags you create in m66. By saving content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and serve that content back to you for the purpose of operating the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your data, display it to other users, or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you save does not violate any applicable law or the rights of third parties.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service at scale without written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service.
• Transmit harmful code, malware, or anything that could damage the Service or other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

We aim to keep m66 available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and a path to export your data.

The m66 name, logo, interface, and underlying code are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use them beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time from the account settings page. Closing your account will delete your personal data and bookmark library within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
