Refund Policy
m66 Premium is billed through Paddle. This policy explains how subscription cancellations, refund requests, and billing support work.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid m66 Premium subscriptions and related billing requests. m66 is a web-based personal bookmark manager with immediate access to Premium features after a successful checkout.
Your statutory consumer rights always apply. If there is any conflict between this policy and mandatory law in your jurisdiction, the mandatory law controls.
2. Paddle billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle processes m66 Premium payments, receipts, taxes, invoices, subscription billing, chargebacks, and approved refunds. You may see Paddle, m66, or both names on your payment statement.
3. 30-day first-payment refund
For your first paid m66 Premium subscription payment, you may request a refund within 30 days of the transaction date if the product does not meet your needs or a product issue prevents normal use and we cannot reasonably resolve it.
If approved, the refund is processed by Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Access to Premium features may end when the refund is issued, and your account may return to the Free plan.
4. Renewals and partial periods
You can cancel Premium at any time from your billing portal. A cancellation prevents future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Recurring renewal payments and unused portions of a billing period are generally not refundable, except where required by law, where a duplicate or mistaken charge occurred, or where Paddle approves a refund under its buyer policies.
5. How to request a refund
The fastest way to request a refund is through Paddle using one of these options:
- Open the Paddle receipt email for your m66 purchase and use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link.
- Use the billing portal from your m66 account settings when it is available.
- Visit paddle.net and choose the refund or order support option.
You can also email us at hello@m66.space with the email address used for purchase and a short description of the issue. We can help identify the subscription or investigate product access problems, but Paddle remains the payment handler for completed transactions.
6. Technical issues
If m66 Premium is unavailable to you because of a technical problem, contact us first so we can try to restore access, correct the account state, or provide a workaround.
If the issue is material and cannot be resolved in a reasonable time, we will support a refund request with Paddle where appropriate.
7. Fraud, abuse, and disputes
Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, account misuse, or other manipulative behavior.
Before opening a bank chargeback or payment dispute, please contact Paddle or m66 support. In many cases, subscription access, mistaken charges, or invoice questions can be resolved faster through support.
8. Related terms
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Paddle's own buyer terms and refund rules may also apply to your transaction.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when m66, Paddle, our pricing, or applicable law changes. The "Last updated" date on this page shows the most recent revision.
